update softcam.key
update plugins
a special settings was created just for openpli

Add:Abertis PID 8008
- Prog 1 UHD-T2 [8008]
- Prog 2 UHD-T2 [8008]
- Prog 2 HD-T2 [8008]

For these channels there is a separate settings for openpli
The differences are in the settings within lamedb

Openpli:
03f0:0ce4af34:ea68:0000:1:0
Abertis PID 8008
p:ABERTIS,c:031fff,c:151f48,C:2600,f:01

Openatv:
03f0:0ce4af34:ea68:0000:1:0
Abertis PID 8008
p:ABERTIS,c:031fff,c:181f48,C:2600,f:01

Update plugins:
CiefpSettingsT2miAbertis 1.9
CiefpSettingsT2miAbertisOpenPLi 1.4
Use the yellow button in the plugin to update to these versions.
