500 OOPS.prive.sock.get.result

Hello,
I am using dreambox together with total commander
Before I had a good connection between dreambox and commander
But suddenly I get the message
500 OOPS.prive.sock.get.result
I have already change the image and reibstall Windows with no luck
Can someone help me with this

Do you have te same issue with filezilla, and wich image and dm do you use ?
Maybe check your password or try to chance your password in the dreambox and try again
