Cloned Dm800Hd Sim201 Bootloader76c- Can’t Retrieve Plugins through Internet

Hi All Experts,
Sometime ago, I when to do some update in “Setup>Software management>Advanced Options> Packet management, after updated some files, in one of the files when I depressed the “ok” button. It suddenly when off and I think it restarted and the “ERROR : NO CA FOUND” appear on LCD. I found this repair software ” NCF SIM2 v2.1”, and got it repaired. But I found it could not retrieve anything through internet. Doing a network test show everything is good, I got all passes for all tests.
Using DccE2 I found the “Online softwares” with the “.xml” extension and Plugins /Extensions sitting in folder /usr/share/meta and /usr/lib/enigmas2/python/Plugins.
I wouldn’t dare to upgrade the bootloader and images because my next step would require me to download the mgcamd program from internet which I am not able to. I am afraid once upgraded the bootloader to 84 and install a new image, I may not be able to install the previous image which the bootloader is 76c.
Wonder what is wrong with it?

It means, you're using a dreambox clone, you may expect errors or hardware troubles.
