About Cyberduck
An open source FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Mosso Cloud Files and Amazon S3 browser for the Mac. It features an easy to use interface with quickly accessible bookmarks. The outline view of the browser allows to browse large folder structures efficiently and you can quickly preview files with Quick Look. To edit files, a seamless integration with several external editors makes it easy to change content quickly. Both Amazon CloudFront and Cloud Files from Rackspace can be easily configured to distribute your content in the cloud.

Many OS X core system technologies such as Spotlight, Bonjour and the Keychain are supported and a large number translations makes you feel at home. Many localizations are available.

Smultron for MacOS 10.5

Om in CyberDuck rechtstreeks files in een receiver te editen heb je een extra programma nodig als externe editor:
Smultron kan daarvoor gebruik worden. Deze versie is de laatste volledige update, er bestaat een beta versie voor OSX 10.6 maar de autheur laat weten dat hij geen verder ontwikkeling meer doet wegens tijdsgebrek.

DreamXman (mac)

çis quite useful for an easy management of Dreambox recordings. With DreamXman you can rename recordings, add stray files to recordings list, transfer recordings on Mac. In addition DreamXman provides: easy stream via VLC, settings backup & restore, firmware update.
It's freeware.
